Dash 'N' Mash

Objective:

Travel as far as possible without dying, collecting coins and defeating monsters along the way to increase your score.

Controls:

Jump - W or ↑ key

Move Left - A or ← key

Move Right - D or → key

Attack - S or ↓ key

Pause - 'Escape' key

Developer Notes:

Dash 'N' Mash is a monster themed endless runner with an attacking mechanic. This project was made in three weeks for The Monster Mash Jam and created by a team of two people.

The theme of the jam was monsters and there was a special objective to include a hammer which we have done.

All of the assets excluding the UI assets were found off of various marketplaces such as Unreal Marketplace, Turbosquid, Freesound, Pixabay, Uppbeat and Dafont. These provided 3d assets, 3d animations, particle effects, sounds and music.

The games mechanics, functioning menus and anything gameplay related were designed and created by us along with the UI assets.
